These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the winjj platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and winjj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winjj website located at https://winjj.cam and all associated services, features, content and products offered therein (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winjj Platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Services. winjj does not knowingly accept registrations from, or provide services to, persons below the applicable minimum age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and reporting to relevant authorities.
The Services are not offered to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their location. Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms. winjj does not represent that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
Each Player may hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances without prior notice. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at our discretion at any other point, winjj requires Players to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submission of:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winjj will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
The winjj Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may access and use the Services solely for the purpose of lawful personal gambling activity in accordance with these Terms.

winjj reserves the right to void wagers, forfeit Balances and permanently suspend Accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. Decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final at the Platform's discretion.
Players may fund their Account using the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Cryptocurrency withdrawals (where available) are subject to network confirmation times and applicable wallet policies. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant Accounts in accordance with the Platform's published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers issued by winjj are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general provisions apply:
winjj reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, irregular play patterns or any other conduct inconsistent with fair and recreational use of promotional offers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winjj and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, winjj's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
winjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to applicable verification requirements. A Player may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winjj holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence. winjj makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
winjj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
